I would like to inform you that in the scenario which you’ve mentioned, Running in compatibility mode should have ideally have resolved the issue but as you’ve already tried it, I suggest you to Run the Network Troubleshooter and check if that helps.

I am having this same issue but on my Asus tablet without any USB ports so that isn’t an option for me. Before the upgrade, there were more drivers, specifically five bcm drivers and a T77H driver.
